Static Control recently won the Supplier of the Year award at this year’s annual Recycler Awards, held during Paperworld 2020 in Messe Frankfurt, Germany.
 
“We are thrilled to win the Supplier of the Year award this year. We want to thank all of our customers and all who voted for us. This is the third time we have won Supplier of the Year at The Recycler Awards, which is truly an honour,” said CEO Ken Lalley. “Static Control is dedicated to providing remanufacturers with a total full-range of products to help their businesses, which includes toners, chips, components and cartridges. This recognition helps us know that we are meeting and exceeding the needs of customers.”
 
The award is voted on by readers of The Recycler. This marks the second time the company has been honored with a Supplier of the Year achievement in a matter of months. Recycling Times gave this recognition in October 2019 at RemaxWorld Expo in Zhuhai.
 
The Recycler Awards were a part of The Recycler Live seminar program, which held seminars daily to help connect and educate remanufacturers of the latest news. Static Control’s General Counsel Elizabeth McKee delivered a well-attended presentation titled A Legal Perspective for Remanufacturers, which covered many of the ongoing legal cases in the industry.
 
Static Control’s booth was busy throughout the duration fo the show. Simon Grimes, Static Control’s General Sales Manager – Components, was pleased with the turnout. “We’re pleased to have another successful Paperworld finished! We look forward to attending this event every year because we know how important it is for both customers and the industry,” said Grimes. “We had great conversations with our customers about their current business needs along with catching up with industry veterans on the latest happening in the industry.”
