Product Overview SCC now offers a developer roller sealing blade for use in the Samsung® ML-2250/2150 series cartridges and compatibles. Remanufacturing the Samsung ML-2250/2150 series toner cartridges without replacing the worn or damaged developer roller is likely to produce print defects, including light print, backgrounding, vertical streaking, and/or heavy banding (especially in grayscale). In most instances, post testing is required to detect defects on the developer roller. SCC’s developer roller is comparable to the OEM product in image density with a slightly higher usage, allows remanufacturers to utilize their expensive Samsung cores, and reduces the likelihood of rework. The hard rubber developer roller is designed for use with non-magnetic toner.
