Product Overview Static Control now offers a replacement flag gear for use with the Brother HL-2040 series printer cartridge (TN-350 toner unit). The printer displays a "toner life end" message if no flag gear is detected. A flag gear must be installed on any spent TN-350 cartridge in order for the printer to function properly once the cartridge has been recharged and re-installed in the printer.
