Product Info Static Control has designed, developed and manufactured a unique process enabling remanufacturers to reuse OEM drums after the OEM cycle, reducing the number of aftermarket drums needed to recycle cartridges successfully. Remanufacturers can now reuse virgin OEM color and monochrome all-in-one cartridges (excluding the HP4000, HP8100, Canon® PX, SX and WX) with complete confidence. All once-used OEM drums, without physical damage, can be replenished with this high-tech system featuring a completely revolutionary chemical technology. Static Control’s technological breakthrough is a very simple system to utilize. It includes all the tools and fixtures needed, and Static Control is providing them to remanufacturers worldwide on an extremely in-expensive basis. Hundreds of tests, including accelerated aging tests to replicate storage in a warehouse for an entire year, have shown zero failures. The prints are comparable to OEM prints and SCC’s Odyssey® system utilizing an aftermarket drum. If remanufacturers lay out the three prints side-by-side, covering up any identifying marks, an observer will have a difficult time seeing a difference in the OEM, SCC’s aftermarket system or SCC’s new CTL Replenishment product. SCC’s new CTL Replenishment System includes: OPC Replenishment Fixture (automated or manual), CTL Replenishment Wipes (pre-saturated with exact amount of multiple chemicals), Drum Holding Chamber and CTL Replenishment Wipe Holder.
