Our advanced chip design, in-house manufacturing and automation capabilities, plus full emulation know-how, allows us to develop chips for ink jet applications that match the OEM footprint and provide desired printer functionality. SCC’s ink jet chips provide accurate ink low and ink out messaging. Like the OEM chip, when ink out occurs SCC’s chip will shut down the printer to prevent damage to the print heads, caused by printing with a dry cartridge. Only Static Control has multiple dedicated engineers working full time solely on new chip development. Using chips from SCC means never taking a risk that the chips you have in the field will ever fail, or fail your business, now or in the future.
