Recently the U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced that Ninestar Corporation and
certain of its Zhuhai-based subsidiaries had been added to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act ("UFLPA") entity list and therefore restricted from exporting products to the United States. Static
Control was not included in that list.

Static Control has a wide range of suppliers for our products and anticipates no interruptions at this
time of our supply chain of components, toners, chips and cartridges.

Static Control complies with the laws and regulations in all jurisdictions in which it operates and
expects suppliers to adhere to our Supply Chain Standards. We respect and follow the laws of the
United States and strictly prohibit any type of forced labor in our supply chain, and our policies apply
to direct and authorized suppliers.
