Note that tax will be added to all applicable orders unless an active Resale Certificate is on file for the states we ship to on your behalf.

 

What resale certificates are required?

 

A valid resale certificate is required for each Ship To State. We accept Multistate Tax Commission (MTC) certificates, Streamlined Sales Tax (SST) Certificates of Exemption, or state-specific resale certificates, provided all applicable Ship To States are covered. If you are unsure which certificates are required, please consult your tax advisor, accountant, or the applicable state Department of Revenue.
